Just looking and saw that I haven’t posted anything in a long time, no excuse. Got to get back into doing this on a regular basis.
Changes:
I am in the process of changing companies that I work for, the old one seems to have lost its way and no longer was making me any money. Its one thing for things to be tight in this economy but I had gotten to the point of paying them to drive their truck and deliver their freight. Just doesn’t make sense to continue. Starting with a new company this week and will be pulling tankers. Should be a new adventure.
Still losing the weight, lighter and healthier than I’ve been in a long time. Trying to walk and exercise as much as possible and watching the diet. Its hard to stay motivated but the progress helps. I have gone from a BMI of 42 to one of 33 on my last DOT physical. Still have a ways to go but we are getting there.
Enough for now, going to make the effort to get back into blogging.
