I’m still alive and kickin’, its been way too long since my last post. With my laptop in the shop for repairs it has been a little difficult to keep up on my blog. Hopefully I’ll have it back from Dell soon. My backup laptop works fine but it doesn’t have the capacity of my XP machine. No photo editing software and no podcast without it. Good thing I have everything backed up at home.
Speaking of home, that where I’m at now. Came in for the Easter holiday and some needed hometime. It’s nice not having to get up at four in the morning and deal with some bonehead on a grocery dock. Got to talk to my fleet manager about the loads I’ve been getting recently; 
At least he has been keeping me busy, I really hate having to sit around, you don’t make any money that way.
The other reason I came in was to finish up my taxes and pay the government big bucks that they turn around and waste. It’s getting time to start dumping tea in the harbors and fighting back against all of this waste. I don’t mind paying my fair share, I need the roads to run my business but I like my bridges to actually go somewhere. Come on Washington, just a little common sense would go a long way. Maybe its time for the Fairtax, at least everyone would pay their share but until we can get the politicians to quit wasting every Penney they get in we still will have a problem.
