The Democrats released their vision for the future of America if they get their way. The policies they presented today had shades of Kerry ’04, lots of smoke and no substance. The dems are promising to “Screen 100 percent of containers and cargo bound for the U.S. in ships or airplanes at the point of origin…“, how? They want to redeploy(retreat, tuck tail and run) our troops in Iraq. Gather up all of the loose nuclear material all over the world and stop the Iranians and N. Koreans from building nuclear weapons. They also promise to “Eliminate Osama Bin Laden”, personally I think he is hiding in Ted Kennedy’s basement. Maybe thats their trick to getting him. It is scary to have a major U.S. political party thinking the American people are this stupid. If you are a Democrat, ask your Candidates details, how are they going to make all of these pie-in-the-sky promises into reality. I’ll tell you how they will, tax and spend, then ignore the problem. This policy statement is just more of the snake oil the Democratic party has been hocking for the last twenty years.
