Skynyrd

We went to see Lynyrd Skynyrd in Branson Sunday night. Great show, but what I enjoyed most was watching the mix of people. We sat next to what appeared to be a mother and her mid-teen daughter. Mom was about the age where she had probably rocked out with Skynyrd in the old days and the daughter looked more along the lines of say Britney Spears. I really don’t think the daughter got Skynyrd. While mom was dancing on the seats, she stood there with an embarrassed look on her face. I guess the kids don’t understand their folks were once cool. Oh and by the way, Skynyrd performed in the Lawrence Welk Theatre, “ah one and ah two, sweet home Alabama…”.

All of your “Map this Post” links do go to Google, but I get “We could not understand the location 37.24 -93.32 ()”

Might be because I’m using Firefox and I need an extension or sumtin’ like that.

Thanks for the heads up on mapping problem. Looks like the author of the plugin change his code and it broke the google maps feature. I tracked it down and fixed it on my site. Thanks
