Just a quick post today. I made it back around to the yard to take a few days off. I got back in on Friday then my Girlfriend and I drove down to Arkansas to attend my Uncles 90th birthday. It was a good trip down there and we enjoyed meeting up with the relatives.
According to the calender this is the first day of Spring, not here its not! Mother Nature seems to be making up for the last couple of months. Well at least it gets me out of mowing the lawn this week.
I am trying out my new computer setup in the truck today, I got one of those mounts for a laptop computer that attaches to the passenger seat and lets me use it for GPS navigation. I dug out my old Win 98 machine and cleaned every thing out of it and installed Street and Trips with a GPS sensor for navigation. I also installed my log program and Firefox. It should be a great help getting around some of these odd places they send me into. I think its going to work out good. So far all I have done is drive around the yard playing with the GPS. I will let you all know how it works out after I’ve had a chance to use it awhile.
