Some of you may notice a change in the name of my blog. Now its just going to be The Truckin’ Blog, Truckin’ Wifi used to refer to my old site on wifi tech but since I have switched to a regular blog style website, I am dropping the wifi off of the title. The URL will stay the same so all of your links should continue to work.
On another note you can really tell the holidays are coming quick. My email inbox has started receiving more than the usual amount of phishing attempts. I just sent one off to eBay security just a few minutes ago. Be careful about your resonal information while on-line. Never click on an email and enter any info. These guys are hoping you will just click a link and go to a page that looks exactly like the site you expect to see and type in your log-in information. Sometimes you may not even realize that you have been had because they will actually re-direct you to the actual site after they have your log-in. Just imagine how much damage one of these theives can do to your bank account in a matter of seconds. Never hit a link in a email to a secure site, ebay, paypal, and most banks will never link you to a log-in. If you think the email is real then actually type in the address of the site, ie www.ebay.com, never just hit the link. You can usually tell when these links are bogus if you mouseover the link and look at the address it refers to. If you get one of these emails then report it to the company it is trying to spoof.
I will be getting empty tomorrow near home so I will be going to the house for Turkey day and the rest of the weekend. Hope to get caught up on some reading and posting.

Apparently NZ Bear from TTLB has decided to stop counting trackbacks in the ecosystem rankings. This will probably only hurt the newest blogs just getting started as trackbacks are a great way to get links and traffic. Read More at:
