Back in Colorado

I’m scheduled to deliver in Loveland, CO this morning. I’m just sitting around at this little truckstop south of Loveland at Johnson’s Corner waiting on appointment time to roll around. This truckstop has free wi-fi with some great speeds and connection strength. I really wish more truckstops would let us to connect for free, some have gotten a little expensive on their service. After I get empty here I will probably head down to southwest Kansas and load beef to the east coast somewhere.

The President finally got his head out of wherever he had it stuffed and nominated a real Supreme Court Justice. He nominate Samuel Alito from the 3rd Federal District Court out of Philadelphia as his choice to fill the open seat on the court. Judge Alito is an experienced competent Judge with lots of history. He has set on the 3rd Circuit for 15 years and has ruled on a lot of major judgements. We should be able to get a good picture of his temperament and philosophy from his history. The conservative blogoshphere is relieved that the President has finally nominated someone we can have faith in to make the right decisions on the Court. It must be the right choice because the Liberals are already screaming and crying about Alito. They have released the usual attack dogs and started digging for any dirt they can find against Alito. I wish them luck, everything I’ve seen about Alito has been great, the judgements the left point to to make him look bad are only bad if you are a liberal.
